We offer a Standard Delivery service or a Next Day delivery service.

Standard Delivery service usually takes 3 to 5 working days for goods to arrive upon confirmation of dispatch. We make every effort to deliver Goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

Next Day Delivery orders will be sent via Royal Mail to arrive at the next working day provided the order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays). Please note that orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will usually be delivered the following Tuesday.
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner will not affect them.

Returns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product and returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse goods, which are deemed “USED” In addition, all goods must be returned in its original packaging with swing ticket intact. If we do not agree that there is a defect in Goods you return or if we refuse goods for being excessively soiled we will notify you by post or email to confirm our justification.

In the interest of hygiene and for the protection of all our customers, earrings and pierced jewellery are excluded from our refund policy.

Returns Process
In order to process a refund. Please sign in to your account and click on “my account” where you will find a returns section. Please fill out the form and submit back to us. Pack your products in its original packaging and post it back to us. We strongly advise that you send parcels via royal mail trackable service.
